The “ThinkuKnow” ia an education programme from the NCA-CEOP.
This is a UK organisation which protects children both online and offline.
There are resources on the website targeted at different age groups. Parents/Carers and teachers could use the resource to assist as part of their learning. It would hopefully help keep them safe.

Year 3 and Year 4 had a brilliant day at the Laing Gallery. We completed a workshop creating sculptures and also had a good look around the different exhibitions. We sketched some of our favourite paintings and looked out for different things in the artwork.
Year 2 from Valley View and Hedworthfield and the Additional Resource Base 1 enjoyed a ‘Great Fire of London’ day. They baked bread in the Pudding Lane Bakery, build Tudor houses, drew London fire landscapes with pastels, sang songs, toasted marshmallows in our fire pit. They then watched as the Tudor houses were set alight to act out the burning city.
We are delighted to announce that we have been chosen to participate in the National School Breakfast Programme (NSBP)
This support from the NSBP, funded by the Department for Education and delivered by the Charities Family Action and Magic Breakfast, will enable us to expand breakfast provision in our school and reach additional disadvantaged children with a healthy free breakfast.
